Built for future growth.

VivaNext has completed a state-of-the-art LEED Silver certified operations, maintenance and storage facility near Leslie Street and 16th Avenue in the Headford business park in the City of Richmond Hill. This 481,679 square-foot facility includes energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly features and will be used to maintain and store up to 196 YRT/Viva transit vehicles.

Construction began on the facility in 2012 and was completed in March 2015. The facility officially opened for service in July 2015.
