Hello,

Starting tomorrow, crews will be removing the remaining median islands and old traffic poles at Gladman Avenue, Millard Avenue and the Yonge entrance to NewRoads Subaru Newmarket [formerly Kia of Newmarket] and the plaza with Chapters, Starbucks and Pier 1.

work dates*: Thursday, July 27, Friday, July 28, and Monday, July 31
work hours: 7am – 7pm

• Crews will start at the Gladman intersection, and move north.
• This work will require one northbound and one southbound lane closure closest to the median strip.
• Median strips will be removed, one area at a time, and then each removal area will be paved in multiple layers.
• There will be construction-related noise and vibration from equipment and trucks during this activity.
• Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination, and remember to reduce your speed through construction zones.
