what you need to know:

  • There will be temporary curb lane closures around the work areas as crews install the temporary traffic poles and signals.
  • Traffic control personnel and paid duty police officers will be on site as required.
  • Bus stops and sidewalks will remain open. If a bus stop or sidewalk is closed, directional signs will guide pedestrians to the nearest open bus stop or sidewalk.
  • At times, work at intersections will occur simultaneously.
  • There will be construction-related noise and dust from equipment and trucks.
  • Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination, and remember to reduce your speed through construction zones.
  • At a later date, the traffic lights will be out of service for a short time as crews switch over to the temporary signals. Notice of this temporary outage will be provided in advance.

Please Note: As with all construction projects, some work may be re-scheduled due to weather. We’ll provide advanced notice when possible.

We understand that construction can be disruptive and we thank you in advance for your patience during this time.
