overnight paving between Yongehurst and Baif/Observatory

Hello,

Starting overnight Wednesday, crews will be paving portions of Yonge on the east and west sides between Yongehurst Road and Baif Boulevard/Observatory Lane.

work dates*: Wednesday, September 13 – Thursday, September 14
work hours: 7pm-7am, overnight

what you need to know

Crews will be paving portions of northbound and southbound lanes on Yonge from Yongehurst to Baif/Observatory.
Yonge will be reduced to one northbound and one southbound lane in the work zone during work hours while crews:

Remove temporary asphalt, grind and re-pave sections along Yonge in the work zone.
Line paint in sections within the work zone.

Traffic control staff and paid duty police officers will be onsite.
There will be construction-related noise from equipment and trucks, including grinding of pavement.
