line painting between Weldrick Road and Harding Blvd

Tonight, crews will be painting new traffic lines on Yonge Street between Weldrick Road and Harding Boulevard.

work dates*: Monday, Jan. 30
work hours: 9pm–2am, Overnight

  • Crews will be working overnight tonight, Monday, Jan. 30 to remove and then re-paint traffic lines on Yonge from just south of Weldrick to just north of Harding.
  • Yonge will be reduced to one lane each direction in this area during the work hours.
  • Traffic control staff and paid duty police officers will be onsite, as required.
  • There will be construction-related noise from equipment and trucks, including grinding of pavement, as the existing traffic lines are removed.

*Please note: As with all construction projects, some work may be re-scheduled due to weather. We’ll provide advanced notice when possible.
