Map of construction work areas

work dates*: Monday, July 11–Friday, August 12
work hours*: 7:00am–7:00pm

what you need to know:

  • Crews will begin at Baif and then move to the Hillcrest Mall intersection.
  • Each intersection will take approximately two weeks to complete.
  • During stage 1, there will be temporary curb lane closures around the work areas as crews install the temporary traffic poles and widen the road.
  • During stage 2, there will be short duration left-turn lane closures while crews suspend and secure the temporary traffic signals.
  • The traffic lights will be out of service for a short time as crews switch over to the temporary signals.
  • Paid duty police officers will be on site to direct traffic.
  • Access will be maintained to properties in work areas; however, driveways may be reduced or temporarily disrupted. Advance notice will be provided wherever possible.
  • Bus stops and sidewalks will remain open. If a bus stop or sidewalk is closed, directional signs will guide pedestrians to the nearest open bus stop or sidewalk.
  • There will be construction-related noise and dust from equipment and trucks.
  • Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination, and remember to reduce your speed through construction zones.
