Please see the information below about temporary traffic disruptions on Thursday, March 19 due to line painting in locations along Highway 7 East, from Highway 404 to Warden Avenue.

Line painting on Highway 7 East

Dates/times: Thursday, March 19, 10am – 3pm
Locations:

• Eastbound traffic lanes of Highway 7, under the Highway 404 bridge, and also approaching Warden.
• Westbound traffic lanes of Highway 7, just west of Warden.
• Highway 7 intersections at South Town Centre Boulevard and at Rodick Road.

Description:

• Eastbound on Highway 7, there will be temporary lane closures under the Highway 404 bridge and just east of the bridge, as well at the Rodick intersection, the South Town Centre intersection and approaching Warden.
• Westbound on Highway 7, there will be temporary lane closures just west of Warden, as well as at the South Town Centre intersection and the Rodick intersection.
• Work will be completed as quickly as possible to minimize the inconvenience.
• There will be construction-related noise from equipment and trucks.
• There will be no impacts to pedestrian access to sidewalks, crosswalks, bus stops or rapidway stations and police officers will direct traffic at intersections as needed.
• This work is weather-dependent.
