We are growing, right along with you, as we open another rapidway section located south of Highway 7 along South Town Centre Boulevard, Cedarland Drive and Warden Avenue.

Riders can now board Viva at the new Cedarland Station, located on the south side of Cedarland at Warden. The rapidway travels along the side lanes of Cedarland and Warden instead of in the centre, and this allows for a transition to the existing rapidway on Enterprise Drive. During the first week of new service, YRT\Viva teams will be on the street to assist customers and answer any questions.

Drivers should be aware of the rapidway lanes as they make turns onto South Town Centre from Highway 7, and to Cedarland from South Town Centre.

When weather permits in the summer of 2015:

• the “BUS ONLY” lanes will have a red top-coat of pavement applied
• sidewalks will be completed on the west side of South Town Centre, the north side of Cedarland, and the south side of Clegg Road, and shrubs and trees will be planted in planter boxes
• traffic lanes will receive a final coat of pavement

These finishing touches will set the stage for attractive, pedestrian-friendly urban spaces for generations to come.
