The following paving work is now rescheduled on Town Centre Boulevard and South Town Centre Boulevard. Please be advised that this work is weather dependent, and there will be noise and potential traffic delays. Some sidewalks and crosswalks will be closed temporarily. Pedestrians please follow directional signs.

Location: Town Centre north of Highway 7 to Cox Blvd.
Dates/Times: from 7pm Sunday, November 30 to the night of Tuesday, December 2.
Description:
- Town Centre will be closed north of Highway 7 to Cox:
- Sunday overnight – crews will be working to prepare the area for paving from approximately 7pm – expect noise and some vibrations
- Monday, December 1 and Tuesday, December 2, this section of Town Centre will be closed for grading and paving, but will reopen from 7am to 9am each day for morning rush-hour traffic. There will be no overnight work
- Cox will remain open
- Access to Markham Civic Centre, Unionville High School and Flato Markham Theatre will remain accessible by travelling along Apple Creek Road and turning south on Town Centre to Cox
- Drivers please use detour routes [Warden Avenue or Rodick Road]
Police officers will be directing traffic where work is underway at the intersections of Highway 7 / Town Centre, Cox / Town Centre, and South Town Centre / Clegg Rd.

Location: South Town Centre, between Highway 7 and Clegg.
Dates/Times: starting Sunday, November 30, for approximately two days.
Description:
- West side of South Town Centre will be paved. Northbound and southbound traffic will continue to travel on South Town Centre
