There are numerous short lane closures happening along Highway 7 West this week. Early tomorrow morning, westbound Highway 7 West will be reduced to one lane from west of Jane Street to west of Millway Avenue. There will also be lane reductions at Highway 7 West and Creditstone Road, Keele Street and Bowes Road. Please see below for details on this work:
early morning lane closure at Millway
work dates*: Wednesday, Nov. 9
work hours*: 4am to 6:30am
- For crews to complete curb work, westbound Highway 7 will be reduced to one lane from west of Jane to west of Millway.
- Note that the westbound curb lane on Highway 7 is still closed from the VMC area to Commerce and will be until Friday.
lane closure at Creditstone
work dates*: Wednesday, Nov. 9
work hours*: 9am to 3pm
- The northbound right turn lane on Creditstone will be closed for work on the northeast corner.
lane closures at Keele
work dates*: Wednesday, Nov. 9
work hours*: 9am to 5pm
- The southbound right turn lane at Keele will be closed for topsoil and sod work.
- In addition, the current closure of the westbound right-turn lane on Highway 7 to northbound Keele for grading work will continue until 5:00pm Wednesday [tomorrow].

work dates*: Wednesday, Nov. 9
work hours*: 9am to 3pm
- The westbound curb lane on Highway 7 from the GO Barrie Bridge to Bowes Rd. will be closed during the day Wednesday.
Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination, and remember to reduce your speed through construction zones.
