curb work at Edgeley/Interchange and Highway 7 West

June 29, 2016

This morning, crews will begin working on the northwest and southwest corners of Hwy 7 and Edgeley Boulevard/Interchange Way. Please see below for details on lane reductions:

work dates*: Wednesday, June 29 to Thursday, June 30
work hours: 7am–4pm

  • Crews are currently working on finishing curb depressions and AODA-compliant textured surfaces at the northwest and southwest corners of Hwy 7 and Edgeley Boulevard/Interchange Way.
  • The westbound curb-lane on Hwy 7 will be closed just east and west of the intersection.
  • The westbound bus stop will be fully functional throughout the work.
  • The eastbound curb-lane closure will be closed just west of the intersection and will require the bus stop to be moved a short distance to the west to allow access to the work area.
  • Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination, and remember to reduce your speed through construction zones.

*Please note: As with other road construction projects, some work may be rescheduled due to weather or other variables. We are committed to providing advance notice whenever possible.

Thank you for your patience as we transform Highway 7. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your Community Liaisons.
