what you need to know:

  • For approximately two days during paving, north and southbound traffic lanes on Creditstone Road, north of Highway 7 will be temporarily reduced to one lane in each direction from 7am to 7pm. Dedicated right and left-turn lanes will also be reduced in these work areas. Please expect traffic delays due to lane restrictions.
  • Access to driveways/entrances in the work area along Highway 7 will be temporarily closed [see map]. Please watch for directional signs to access plazas from Creditstone.
  • Pedestrians should use signalized crossings at Jane Street or Creditstone Road to access Highway 7 on the north side.
  • Traffic control staff will be onsite to guide pedestrians and motorists. Where required, paid duty police officers will direct and manage traffic flow. Please watch for directional signs to direct motorists and pedestrians.
  • Please watch for signs posted along Highway 7 and Creditstone Road advising motorists of upcoming delays related to paving and closures on Creditstone over the next week.
  • There will be increased truck activity around the work areas. Please pay close attention when driving or walking. This work is weather-dependent and will have noise and traffic impacts. Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination.
