Starting tomorrow, water main work on the north-east corner of Centre and Dufferin Streets will require a lane closure. Please see below for further details.

work dates*: Tuesday, Feb. 28 to Friday, March 3
work hours*: 7am–5pm, with closure in effect 24 hrs/day

• To accommodate water main work, the curb lane on Dufferin St. north of Centre St. will be closed until Friday.
• In addition, the bus stop on Dufferin south of Centre will be relocated to just south of the gas station driveway and a short stretch of sidewalk on Dufferin just north of Centre will be closed for the duration of this work.
• Wherever a bus stop or sidewalk is closed, directional signs will be onsite to guide pedestrians to the nearest open bus stop or sidewalk.
• Traffic control staff and paid duty police officers will be on site to direct traffic as required.
• Due to the nature of this work, there will be construction-related noise from equipment and trucks.

*Please note: As with other road construction projects, some work may be rescheduled due to weather or other variables. We are committed to providing advance notice whenever possible.
