As connections to the new Centre Street water main continue to progress, there will be a northbound curb lane closure on Dufferin Street at Centre. Please see below for further details.

work dates*: Friday, June 23 to Friday, June 30
work hours*: 7am–7pm [with overnight work, as needed]

what you need to know:

• The HOV lane north of Centre and a short segment of the right hand turn lane south of Centre on Dufferin will be closed, with the closure in place 24hrs/day.
• This activity may include overnight work as well as day work.
• Where required, traffic control staff and paid-duty police officers will be on site to direct traffic.
• Access to driveways will be maintained.
• Sidewalks and bus stops will remain open wherever possible. Where the sidewalk or bus stop is relocated or closed, directional signs will guide pedestrians to the nearest open sidewalk or stop.
• Due to the nature of this work, there will be construction-related noise from equipment and trucks.
• Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination, and remember to reduce your speed through construction zones.
