  • Tomorrow, at the Bathurst St. and connector road to Highway 7 intersection [location 1 on map], the temporary traffic signals are scheduled to be activated.
  • Next Thursday, at the connector road and Highway 7 intersection [location 2 on map], the temporary traffic signals are scheduled to be activated.
  • During these times, the traffic lights in all directions will be out of service or flashing.
  • Paid duty police officers will be on site for the duration of the work to control traffic.
  • Once the signals are activated, crews will remove the old signal poles and equipment around the intersection.
  • This work will require lane closures around each work area as crews make their way around the intersections.
  • Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination, and remember to reduce your speed through construction zones.

*Please note: As with other road construction projects, some work may be rescheduled due to weather or other variables. We are committed to providing advance notice whenever possible.

Traffic signals change quite a bit with our construction projects, and not just from green to yellow to red. To read more about it, check out our blog: changing lights.

We understand that construction can be disruptive and we thank you in advance for your patience during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
