On Wednesday evening, crews will be working overnight to repaint lane markings and left-turn lines at the Southlake intersection on Davis Drive, in front of Southlake Regional Health Centre. The work will be done in two phases. Please read on for details.

work dates*: Wednesday, July 20 to Thursday, July 21
work hours*: 9pm-7am, overnight

what you need to know:

• The hospital’s entrance on Davis, will be reduced to one lane.
• The exit will be reduced to one lane for through and right-turn traffic.
• Traffic on Davis will be reduced to one lane in each direction, just east and west of the intersection.
• No left-turns or U-turns will be permitted through the intersection.
• In phase 2, eastbound traffic will be shifted to accommodate the work area.
• Eastbound traffic will need to make a U-turn at Patterson Street/Roxborough Road to access the north side of Davis or continue westbound.
• Westbound traffic will need to make a U-turn at Lundy’s Lane / Prospect Street to access the hospital entrance or continue eastbound.
• Sidewalks will remain open.
• Noise and dust are associated with this work.

* Please note: as with other road construction projects, some work may be rescheduled due to weather. We’ll provide advance notice whenever possible.
