Hello,

The Davis Drive rapidway is now open and Viva is in service. However, there is still work remaining on sidewalks, and tree planting to be done in spring of 2016. This work will include lane closures in various areas along Davis this weekend, and again in spring of 2016. Please read the information below.

Crews will be out this weekend along the corridor, working on sidewalks. There will be temporary lane and sidewalk closures in sections of Davis to accommodate the work.

When the warmer weather returns in spring 2016, crews will be out along Davis, finishing sidewalks in a few locations, and planting trees from Yonge Street to Roxborough Road.

There will be temporary lane and sidewalk closures to allow crews to finish this work. Once this work is complete, Davis Drive will have sidewalks lined with 470 trees and more than 21,000 shrubs and perennial plants.
