Weather conditions will not be suitable for tomorrow’s planned paving activities. At this time, we are tentatively scheduled to resume the paving program on Monday, October 26.

GO Transit signal installation

Crews will be installing new transit signals and long gate arms at the GO railway crossing on Davis, starting Monday, October 26.

work dates: Monday, October 26 – Tuesday, October 27*
work hours: 9am-4pm*

• The work has been scheduled so as not to interfere with GO Train service.
• Once installed, the arms and signals will be made operational and tested.
• The arms will be raised and lowered at regular intervals, even when no trains are approaching. Expect delays through this area during testing.

As we are in the final stages before opening the rapidway, planned activities may change or other work may be added to take full advantage of favourable weather or available crews so the work can be completed as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
