As crews continue to relocate underground storm pipes and drains on Davis Drive, they will be working in stages from the east side of Parkside Drive, continuing west into the Newmarket Plaza [130 Davis Drive]. During this portion of work, the Parkside Drive entrance to the Newmarket Plaza will be temporarily closed. The plaza will still be accessible from the other entrances off Davis Drive.

Dates of work: Starting the week of May 27, for approximately two weeks*

Work hours: 7am-7pm

Note: during stages 1-2 of this work [see map], access from Parkside Drive will be closed all day and night.

• Businesses are open. To access the plaza please use the Davis Drive entrances while the Parkside Drive entrance is temporarily closed
• Signage will be in place to direct traffic and pedestrians
• Crews will stage their work in three sections in order to maintain access to CAA and Henry’s [see map for stages 1 through 3]

Note: In the first stage of work, Parkside Drive will be reduced to one lane of traffic. A flag person will be on site to help with traffic and pedestrians.

• There may be short-term noise disturbances with this work
• Truck traffic within the Newmarket Plaza may be present at times
