In April, crews will begin constructing a retaining wall in front of 251-259 Davis Drive that will extend west.
Dates of work: Starting the week of April 15, until approximately October*
Work hours: 7am-7pm
Description of work:
- Install temporary driveway to the east
- Install fence around work zone
- Excavate the work area
- Build the retaining wall
- Backfill and restore the area
Impacts during construction:
- The plaza entrance to 251-259 Davis Drive will remain open during construction
- Parking will not be available in the work area
- All entrances to the building will remain open
Bus stop, sidewalk and lane closures:
- To accommodate vivaNext rapidway construction, Davis Drive traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction for the duration of the project
- When sidewalk and bus stop closures are required, please follow directional signage
