Beginning the week of April 1, crews will begin constructing a retaining wall in front of the pharmacy and medical building at 291 Davis Drive.
Dates of work: Beginning the week of April 1 until July*
Work hours: 7am-7pm
Description of work:
- Excavate the work area
- Install catch basin
- Build the retaining wall
- Build stairs to the east
- Restore the area
Plaza entrance and parking lot changes during construction:
- Access to 291 Davis Drive, 8 and 10 Hill Street will remain open. Signs will direct pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
- The plaza entrance off Hill Street will remain open.
- Parking will not be available in the work area in front of the building.
- Plaza parking will continue to be available along the side and back of the building.
- All entrances to the building will remain open.
Bus stop, sidewalk and lane closures:
- To accommodate utility relocation, Davis Drive traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction for the duration of the rapidway project.
- When sidewalk and bus stop closures are required, please follow on site signage.
- Where sidewalks are affected, onsite signage will direct pedestrians.
