We’re renewing Davis Drive to make it better for everyone. As part of this process, construction crews have been working hard to install concrete foundations in preparation for new hydro poles on Davis Drive from Yonge Street to Huron Heights Drive. Look for the installation of the new poles to begin around mid-July.*

• Start date: June 28, 2012*
• Hours of work: 7am – 7pm

Work locations:

• Moving east, crews will install hydro pole foundations on the south side of Davis Drive.
• Next, crews will work on the north side, moving west back to Yonge Street.
• Please note: crews will be required, at times, to move back and forth throughout the corridor to complete work. 

What’s the impact?

• Rolling lane closures will continue around all work areas on Davis Drive for the next several months.
• When bus stops and sidewalks are affected, directional signs will guide pedestrians to the nearest open bus stop and on safe detour routes.
• Some noise and dust may be noticeable.
