As part of the construction program for the vivaNext rapidways along Davis Drive, reconstruction of the Keith Bridge will begin on November 8, 2010, and continue during construction, until further notice. During reconstruction, a localized detour will be in effect along the trail at the point where it normally passes under the Keith Bridge.

Pedestrians and cyclists using the trail will be required to follow clearly marked detour signs to Davis Drive and use the traffic lights to cross the street before picking up the trail again on the other side.
