Tomorrow, crews will be conducting storm sewer work at the intersection of Centre Street and Dufferin Street. Please see below for further details.
work dates*: Wednesday, Jan. 17 to Friday, Jan. 19
work hours*: 7am–7pm [24-hr closure]
what you need to know:
- To accommodate storm sewer work at the intersection of Centre and Dufferin, one eastbound and one westbound lane will be closed on Centre around the work area. In addition, one northbound left turn lane will be closed on Dufferin at Centre.
- Sidewalks and bus stops will remain open wherever possible. If a sidewalk or bus stop is temporarily closed, directional signs will guide pedestrians to the nearest open sidewalk or bus stop.
- All driveways will remain accessible within the closure.
- Paid duty police officers will be onsite for the duration of the work to control traffic.
- Please give yourself enough time to get to your destination, and remember to reduce your speed through construction zones.
