York Region Rapid Transit Corporation (YRRTC) is proud to announce the Yonge Street Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project has won 2022 Public Works Project of the Year awards from the American Public Works Association (APWA) and the Ontario Public Works Association (OPWA).

Transit connections are being transformed in the City of Markham—beginning Sunday, September 4, 2022, riders will be able to board YRT local and Viva buses at the new Cornell Bus Terminal—located northeast of Highway 7 and Ninth Line.
