Yonge subway extension
To address concerns raised late in the process, some minor revisions to the Environmental Project Report (EPR) were made after the Notice of Completion was published. Those revisions are outlined in the Summary of Changes. Following the revisions to the EPR, the Minister of the Environment issued an unconditional Notice to Proceed with Transit Project on April 6, 2009. In conclusion of this process, a Statement of Completion was filed with the Ministry of the Environment on May 4, 2009.
